Applicable items purchased on goodpeoplegoods.com can be returned within 45-days of the initial purchase date, and anything outside the 45-day period may qualify for store credit. Please contact customer service prior to sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange @info@goodpeoplegoods.com 

With your return request, please include specific feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Your experience and honest feedback is important to us. Please include a note with your order number and contact info in the package so we know it’s yours.

Please try the products for 30 days to see if you get the intended results. After the 30-days if you do not feel that you've experienced the desired results, at that point you may contact us for a refund.   

2) Food items:
Good Fat BarsWe hope you love our food and snack products as much as we do. We recommend you start with a variety packs and discover your favorite(s). Because The Good Fat Bars are a perishable and temperature sensitive food product, we cannot accept returns except for damaged product upon receipt of your order.Damaged products must be returned within 21 days by following the instructions below. 

How to Start the Return Process

Email us at info@goodpeoplegoods.com. Tell us your name, order number, shipping address and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Refunds are issued back to your original credit card used to purchase.

We suggest that customers pay for shipment tracking when returning a product to ensure we receive the package. Good People Goods is not responsible for lost packages during the return process.

All refunds will be issued only after returned product has been received in our warehouse.

We completely understand how important personal preference is when it comes to food. If dissatisfied with any one of our food and snack products, please return the remainder of the product for a refund. Partial refunds may be granted for some containers.
